Sleeping Bag

I recently got a Canadian Forces Arctic Extreme Cold Weather Goose Down sleeping bag, and was wonderng if anyone has any information on the best methods to use for washing it, as it has a musty smell right now. Also, if anyone knows the temperature rating for these please let me know. Any other hints or tips are much appreciated, thanks!
I’m not in the military I got it surplus, so supply is not an option for me

Just minutes ago my cat peed on our down sleeping bags. Is there any way to get the stink out? Will it ever go away?

Sometimes at festivals its ‘Hobsons Choice’ as to where to pitch and this time we are on a slope.This means we wake up crouched in a bundle at the foot of the tent and have to climb back up the sleeping mats to our pillows! Any tips please?
